Shipping FAQs

  • When your order is shipped, you will get an email notification with a tracking number. Please refer to the tracking number for delivery information.
  • Contact us if an order has taken longer than 12 business days to arrive at info@archaddicts.com
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do our best to create items that meet your specifications and that you love. If an item is not satisfactory and you feel that it is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. Unused items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s), the charges will be credited to you (though shipping is non refundable). If the item is damaged during transport, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Take a picture of the PACKAGE AND THE ITEM(s) and send us pictures right away.
  

Wholesale FAQS

  • To apply for our wholesale product rates, you will need to hold one of the following licenses: Esthetician license in the United States -Cosmetologist license in the United States -Salon/Spa Owner license in the United States.
  • To apply for wholesale rates please fill out the form at archaddicts.com/wholesale
  • Once we have reviewed your form and license, we will notify you via email. This process may take up to seven business days.
  • Once qualified, you may make a username & password to log in to your wholesale account and make purchases online.
  • There are no order minimums for wholesale.
