Shipping FAQs

  • Orders are processed in the order received. Please allow 2-5 business days(M-F) processing time and additional time for shipping. Due to current shipping delays, some orders may take longer than usual. If you are choosing 2 day priority shipping, please also allow for processing time. When your order is shipped, you will get an email notification with a tracking number. Please refer to the tracking number for delivery information.
  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do our best to create items that meet your specifications and that you love. If an item is unsatisfactory and you feel it is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. Unused items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Transaction fees are nonrefundable. *Special orders and discounted products are final sales. Once we receive the returned item(s), the charges will be credited to you (though shipping is non-refundable). If the item is damaged during transport, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Take a picture of the PACKAGE AND THE ITEM(s) and send us pictures right away. Used items are not returnable.

Wholesale FAQS

  • To apply for our wholesale product rates, you will need to hold one of the following licenses: Esthetician license in the United States - Cosmetologist license in the United States - Salon/Spa Owner license in the United States.
  • To apply for wholesale rates please fill out the form at
  • Once we have reviewed your form and license, we will notify you via email. This process may take up to seven business days.
  • Once qualified, you may make a username & password to log in to your wholesale account and make purchases online.
  • There is a $50 minimum purchase for wholesale.
